FRIENDS OF THE

PAGEANT

Dear Friends,

In recent years, the Fort Michilimackinac Pageant Committee has called on the local businesses to support our Memorial Day Weekend Activities.  Largely, our local businesses have conceded and provided support without hesitation.  Now, we are asking our cast mates, friends and family to join in on the support.

Years ago, the committee set aside a page in our Gazette for people to display their name as a supporter of the Annual Fort Michilimackinac Pageant and the weekend activities.  Over the years, this section was unfortunately dropped.  The Fort Michilimackinac Pageant Committee has decided to resume this idea to allow people to display their name in support of the annual events.  We want you to become a Friend Of The Pageant!

We hope that we will be able to add your name to our directory of the Friends Of The Pageant.

The fee is relatively small when compared to the impact Memorial Day Weekend and its activities has upon our community.  If you wish for your name to be listed individually, the fee is $10.  For a family to be listed, the fee is $20.

We hope that you will become one of our Friends.  The dedication and support of our family, friends and community is what keeps the tradition of the Memorial Day Weekend alive.  It is important that we remember the heritage, history and sense of community that has made this town what it is today.

If you have any questions regarding this letter or becoming a Friend of the Pageant, please do not hesitate to contact Cindy.  She can be reached via e-mail at sniderconst@racc2000.com
