18th Century Market Fair
Please join us for the Rendezvous in Mackinaw and 18th Century Market Fair. Held at the grounds of the Traverse Bay Trading Company here in Mackinaw City. Experience the 18th & 19th Century life in the Native American, Military and Civilian Encampment with re-enactors, merchants and voyagers alike. Visit a Tall Ship the Welcome that will be moored along dockside at Conklin Heritage Park. Witness the outstanding Trade Companies with 18th and 19th Century crafts, clothing, household goods, trinkets, jewelry and other accessories used in the day. There will be Cannon and Musket firing demonstrations along with a Hawk & Knife, archery and other competitions.
The Rendezvous Encampment and Traders Row opens to the Public at 10:00 am each day of the weekend event.
Join us, plan to attend and support our public auction of 18th and 19th Century items to be held at 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the Mackinaw Crossings. The event will be held in front of the performance court. All proceeds benefit the production of the Fort Michilimackinac Pageant Re-enactment and events.
